Kazy

Kazy - in English it means Errors. It’s AIR application build for Slovak Technical University for measuring errors on gears. Person responsible for measuring gear errors must take pictures for each nut. All pictures are copied to single folder. After pointing current folder you can start measuring errors. On first picture you can set crop section for nut section. It’s remembered for all pictures for single gear. Then operator can draw sections, when gear is broken with error. With other color he can draw parts which should be excluded from result. For each picture then application counts percentage of errors. If result percentage for single picture is higher then 2%, gear is bad. Results are saved to XLS file for future statistics.
